Awesome WOD, tough stuff. 45 Thrusters and then a 7 round for time Metcon of Power Snatches and Jumprope revolutions. Strength Day \• January 5, 2010
Another strength day, working the back squat (tied 1 RM PR at 185), pull-ups (7 sets of 5 reps), and 5×5 work sets of Power Snatch (at 75 lbs). CrossFit Asheville WODS \• November 2, 2009
CrossFit Asheville does Fran. Strength Work: Overhead Squats, with a new 5 rep PR at 95 lbs. Followed by the benchmark most loved and feared, in which WOD I smash my previous time and performance (from February). Cheat Days \• September 26, 2009
The last WOD of a five week training cycle: L-Sits and a tricky met-con with six different olympic lifts. Next week I get to rest, thank God. Morning came a little early as Lena woke up with the birds and the sun (at 5:50 am). Sleep was decent, nutrition yesterday was decent (maybe too many calories), and I felt ok.
