A quick review of my “May 22nd Program” plan. Things are going fine. September 27, 2009
I examine my training and nutrition over the past five weeks in the light of my “never on a school night” plan, which I established on August 23rd. The results are mixed, but I seem to be healthy and on track for good things as I move forward with the plan. August 27, 2009
A rest day. Taking Lena to preschool in a few minutes. Myself, working on class prep for tomorrow. Fitness I’m in good shape. Actually, at 40+ years old, I’m now in the best shape of my life. On a rest day I take the time to notice that I can’t claim to be eating Paleo OR Zone these days. I’m flexible but I’m not that flexible. May 28, 2009
I’m not feeling great this morning. Yesterday I was feeling over-tired and deflated. Then — this may be related — I lapsed in my self-control, and overdid it with food and drink. Around 5:00 pm, I began a binge. I ate way too many calories in too short a period at the end of the [...] |
