I’ve been maintaining this weight chart every week for over a year now (Jan. 14th, 2009 to the present). It tracks a period of my life where I saw precipitous weight loss (due to a drastic change of diet and the addition of CrossFit to my routine), and continues to track the numbers in this new period of maintenance, and if possible, improvement.
