just another monday

Monday morning, before much happened for the day, I got my workout in, in the driveway, as usual. The weather was fine, but my energy was low. Not sure why. But I got all my small goals (did the burpees, chin-ups and dips, and presses) and did my lift as planned. Just another monday.

Warm-Up
5 rounds x 90 sec intervals
Burpees x 5
100 meter run

3 minutes rest

3 double interval rounds:
Chin-Ups 3 x max reps @ 90 sec (4, 3, 2)
Ring Dips 3 x max reps @ 90 sec (2, 2 & -3, 2 & -4)

Romanian Deadlift:
10 rounds @ 90 sec.
5 x 115, 3 x 155, 3 x 165, 7 x 3 x 175.

Press:
1 x 12 x 70 lbs
3 x 4 x 105 lbs.
