phase three part A5/3/1 Cycle II Phase iii Part A: Clean & Jerks and Back SquatPhase iii is 5 x 75% / 3 x 85% / max reps x 95% Warm-Up: some infant-in-arms dancing and thrusters; a few minutes of jump rope / double under practice; 10 burpees; 10 sit ups; 10 squats; 10 push-ups; 2 kipping pull-ups; shoulder dislocates; hip mobility; 8×45# power clean & jerk; 8×45# power snatch; 8×45# back squat Clean & Jerk: 5 x 115 / 3 x 130 / 6 x 145 (PR) Back Squat: 5 x 125 / 3 x 150 / 5 x 170 (fail on 6) (this is a 10 lb PR over against Jun 28th and it also beats my previous book 3 rep max). |
