1. Inspirational. I’m trying to figure out what might be good for me in the beginning. I suspect just keeping alcohol down would be a good place to start, along with a food journal.

    I get some thing from the way you test your assumptions; examine the empirical evidence, and then retest. It is a different way of simply looking at things from a success / failure perspective. It’s a state of continual improvement. Stumble, but get back up again.
