Today’s workout in solidarity with the athletes competing in the Carolina Fitness Challenge: 3×3 of 135 Clean Pulls, then a 10 minute AMRAP of Clean and Jerks. I used 120 lbs and did 40 reps total. Rest Days \• December 10, 2009
