1. Matt, It is really helpful to see your thought process. I believe this article will change the way I have been approaching my goals.
    I like the way you are defining your goals and laying out specific actionable practices to help you achieve them. It interesting the amount of calories and carbs you are consuming and still “cutting”. I am comfortably eating between 1900 and 2400 per day. I guess that would explain the quick weight loss.

  2. Mike I really appreciate that you took the time to read this and think it might be helpful, at least as a comparison to your own process of setting and attaining goals.

    As I re-read my goals today, I think I am doing well, and where there are discrepancies, I can think about that and redirect myself or retool my plan as needed. I like that; it feels good.
