    4,200 sounds terrifying. I am happy to remain ignorant of detailed calorie counts. You should’ve gone dancing with us for a couple of hours and then dropped your drink (as I did). It saved my over consumption and upped the fitness level for the evening. Also depends on not being into “sleep” or “rest” or similar lame terms I hear people say…
